1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Deep Edge is a personal trade journaling and performance analytics application. The App allows users to log trades, track performance, and receive AI-generated insights about their trading activity.

Important: Deep Edge is a journaling and analytical tool only. Nothing in the App constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions you make.

3. Account Registration

To use the App you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Deep Edge offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's and Google's respective refund policies.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all trade data and content you add to the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely to provide the service to you. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App.
• Use the App to store or transmit malicious code or harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Resell, sublicense, or distribute access to the App without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any AI-generated insights provided in the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Deep Edge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to financial losses arising from your use of or reliance on the App or any of its features.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we reasonably determine to be harmful to other users or to the App. You may delete your account at any time from within the App settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and notify you through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
